Objective: The document aims to share the email marketing tips which Sanarp and its associated hotels/restaurants can follow to reach out existing as well as potential new customers.

Summary: In this document, we will take you the steps for running an email campaign leveraging Sanarp App using the guests details which is already available with the organization.

Below are some marketing strategies which can be run collaboratively Sanarp and the Organization.

A. For the Organization/ Hotel/ Restaurants

a. Bulk Email Marketing Campaign (CRM email marketing) – Hotels/ restaurants are already having a huge customer database. Leverage the customer details to market and send out the hotel promotions. Follow the below step for the CRM email marketing –

1. Mapped the CRM fields to the forms – http://support.sanarp.com/article/crm-field-mapping/
2. Import the existing guest details in the CRM – The guest details includes – Name, Email Id, Phone number, City, etc http://support.sanarp.com/article/crm-add-crm-guest-list/
3. Create the promotion product – http://support.sanarp.com/article/retail-create-retail-product/
4. Send bulk email campagin – The hotel/ restaurant can leverage Sanarp App for email marketing campaign for their own using the above imported data. b. For any new product created, automatic push notification will be sent to all the guest who has used the guest link.

B. Sanarp Email Marketing – As part of Sanarp marketing, Hotel/Restaurant promotions will be a part of Sanarp monthly schedule newsletter which is sent twice in a month.
