How to Close Task in Mobile Application?

This document will walk-through how to close task in Sanarp Mobile Application. To close task, follow the steps below-

Step1: Login to Sanarp Mobile Application and click on the Menu (three lines on the top L.H.S corner)

Step2: From the menu, navigate on the Task

Step3: Select the task to be close and click on the “Pen” symbol on the R.H.S top corner and it will take to edit mode .

Step4: Once the task is in edit page, make necessary changes (such as Status as CLOSED, Description, etc.) and click on Update Task to close the task. (Refer Image1)

Step5: Update the “Reason for closing the issue” and click on “Save” button. (Refer Image2)

Step6: On successful saving, the task is closed.
