For setting up new accounts, follow the below steps –
1. Sign up to Sanarp for a new hotel by clicking here – https://www.sanarp.com/ and click on “Sign-up for free” button.
2. Complete the registration. It will prompt you to verify your email. Once done, you are ready to add your staff/ employees.

3. Login to Sanarp with your Email ID & Password and navigate to HRM.
4. Create Department – Navigate to Department and add Department by clicking on “Create” Department. Ensure all the details are filled up properly.

5. Add employees – employees can be added in two ways
a. Click on Create employees to add employees 1 by 1.

b. To add employees as a bulk –
- Click on the import button on the right hand corner and download the employee import template.
- Fill the mandatory columns (employees name, employee no (not editable after upload), company, department, email id, phone no, etc. Ensure the multiple entries under educational qualification & blood group is removed.

6. Create Login access – to give access for an employee, Click on the box on the employee on the right side, a pop-up will appear. Select the user role (Admin/ Executive/ Normal user) and confirm it.
Note: ensure the phone no and email Id are correct. Once access is given, it is not editable. For updating it, ticket has to be raised to Sanarp team.

7. Inspection – Any paper based forms can be converted into digital form. To start –
a. Import Inspection – To import already existing form, Navigate to Inspections -> templates -> Import templates.

c. Status – Inspection location can be added as a bulk under Status. To do that, Click on Inspections -> Status -> Import template. Fill the import and update it.

d. Do Inspections – To do inspection on mobile web, Login to Sanarp mobile web -> navigate to inspection -> “Inspection” and select the template to do inspection.

e. Inspection Reports – Any inspection report can be accessed under Inspections -> Inspection reports. Reports can be filtered by Inspection Name, Any number, etc.

f. Report Download – To download the inspection report, click on the Inspections -> Inspection reports ->“Export” -> Select the template name & Date (max 7 days allowed)

8. F&B – To add F&B products, click on Facilities -> F&B Items -> to Add Room Service. To add more menu items, click “+ Menu Item” , to add more sections, click “+ Section”

9. Retail – Retail products needs to be added and then generate retail link.
- Add retail product: To add more retail products, click on Retail -> Create Retail.

10. Sanarp Guest home page: To Generate Sanarp Homepage, Navigate to Dashboard -> click on “Copy URL” / “Download QR Code”

11. Task – task can be created for issue reporting. Tasks are also created for all F&B and sales orders by guests.

13. Leaves – Sanarp leaves system for Staff helps to automate the leave apply and tracking for staff.
